I went on a rainy day, which is perfect because I keep tabs on social media in case they sell out (which tends to happen) so I figured it would be a good time to go with less traffic. It turned out to be a great idea because there was a lot of selection to choose from and was able to get great recommendations. The sweet pies are good, but so are the savory! “Small quaint restaurant with a lot of personality. It feels like you are sitting in your family's kitchen and eating good food. The staff there are exceptionally nice and personable they make you feel like you are long time friends. I sat by the bar and I watched the two women chefs working effortlessly side by side putting out orders. They work so well together and even with them cooking they still were talking to people at the bar to see if everything was okay.I would recommend this place to anybody because the customer service draws you back but the food was exceptional and you get your money's worth.“

“The pretzels are excellent and this is worth a stop if you are in Dayton. I would even say it is worth a road trip. If you are like me, I had never eaten a fresh pretzel from a bakery before so opening up a bag of a half dozen pretzels and trying a fresh, out of the oven, pretzel was a new experience and I am not going back. My recommendation: get some fresh pretzels and a bag of frozen along with them. The frozen pretzels can be warmed up in the microwave, oven, or air fryer. I would say they are at about 95% the same experience as the fresh pretzels out of their oven.“
“The Atmosphere inside is warm and inviting with a cozy Victorian style interior. The baristas were nice and friendly, I will note that due to the volume of customers that were in there at the time it was kind of hard to hear. They have back lot parking with a spot available for handicapped people. Food and drink were phenomenal, I got the London Fog drink which was complex but smooth and the Raison oatmeal Muffin which was remarkably moist and delicious.“

Then, they stopped making them and never had any in the case. ? So they told me I could make sure to get them if I were to place an order. The only issue I've ever had, was when I placed an order for the Oreo cupcakes with whipped topping. When I picked them up they looked great, but when I tried one it had the buttercream frosting. Which is just too rich (for me). But I'm sure if I had called they would have fixed the issue. Instead, I just picked up a tub of their whipped topping and going to put it on myself!“

“They were really short staffed when we went. Only 2 employees in the building. They were in a rush to get food out the window, and our drinks were very bitter even though we specified extra sugar. I know it's not their fault, I just feel bad. They were very hard working and made sure our experience was great, though. Their scheduling manager needs to give them more people during the shift to avoid struggle and stress.“
