“I was serviced a few days ago by a man name Steve, I asked his title and he stated that he was the manager. He was all around nice, welcoming and had great positive energy towards myself and all customers he served that morning. In spite of, having to run the restaurant alone, due to unknown staffing issues, he still provided all around great customer service with a smile. “Steak Thyme is a hidden gem! I've known the family who owns this place for years and I'm kicking myself for not coming sooner. While they're famous for their cheesesteaks, they offer so much more. It's a fantastic sports bar with incredible food and service. We had a Bavarian pretzel that was the size of my head with two amazing dipping sauces, and we also tried fried banana peppers for the first time. They were incredible! Our server, Taner, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She made great recommendations, including the addictive banana peppers we funneled! I even had a chance to chat with one of the owners, Jake. Turns out I know his older sister! (Another incredible human being) It's a family-owned business with a great atmosphere and even better food. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu.“

“Usually their food is good, but today I got the bbq chicken and I ordered 3 pcs, but got four and now I see why...the chicken was dry and hard to chew. I had to pit pieces of it out because it was so dry. I was very disappointed because their food is usually good. I learned to NEVER get the bbq chicken on the buffet....I rather they tell me the chicken was old and dry than to give me an extra piece. I wanted juicy, hot chicken, not lukewarm dry, hard to chew chicken. A person could choke on that dry bbq, come on Burgermasters, feed that to the dogs, don't cover old chicken up in hbq sauce and sell it for regular price to customers that love you guys.. that's how places go out of business. I may give you another chance, but just know that you broke my expectations and heart today because I brought my daughter to your establishment and introduced you guys to her as a future customer.“

“My favorite family friendly place. Bock excels at creating a space where we gather as family, friends, soccer teams, etc with their large open room, but also there's a game room my kids love, foosball, and shuffle board. And that's not even getting to the food and drinks. My favorite snacks include the German nachos, reuben dip, and pretzels. The drinks are always on point- fresh and delicious. we always love the lemon blueberry with with a slice of lemon and the Negligent IPA. They are staffed by some of the greatest people. A family favorite for sure.“

“5 Stars is not enough. Hubby and I stopped in for our first visit and he grew up Italian ~ homemade everything. Sub was filled with meats, mozzarella sticks were perfect and the pizza was awesome. The dough is fabulous, so much taste. Husband felt like he was back home. Cannoli was so tasty. We will definitely be back. Great food, priced fairly and the owners service exceeded our expectations! “I had never been in, just heard about the burgers. I go in and ask for the portobello mushroom burger and hand cut fries. She asks me, the portobello slices, thinking she meant in burger I said yes. I take the food home, come inside and start to take out food and realize this is not a burger. I take the food back and to my surprise and absolute delight, she understood that it was a simple miscommunication and promptly fixed my order. “Food (Fish & Chips) was GREAT & so was the service, until I ordered a WEDGE salad to go. The WEDGE salad was a few pieces of wilted lettuce... Glad I checked before I left. When I asked the server about what was sent out, she got attitudinal. I gave it back and told her to take it off my bill. I wanted a wedge salad (which is on their menu)... Not a deconstructed conundrum. Change the name on the menu... WEDGE Salad is such, globally -- Even in the UK.“

“Had Five Guys today at the Centerville store on Wilmington Pike. I'd heard they now had Patty Melts on the menu so we decided to go in and give it a go. It had been a while since I'd been in a Five Guys, but its always been a treat. The store was very clean, and the attendant who helped us with ordering was really pleasant. I ordered my Patty Melt, added grilled onions and grilled green peppers, because that just sounded delish. My husband and I split a regular Cajun fry, and He got a Bacon Cheeseburger plain. Added two drinks, everything came out to about $40, which is fair for Five Guys, I mean you know this coming in.

My sandwich was so good, the cheese was extra melty, oozy and delicious and they got those onions and peppers just perfect. While it wasn't a traditional Patty Melt, it was really darned good. I only ate half because I got full on all of those fries. We always regret getting the regular size, there is so much there! I actually have some in my bag that I took home, I swear next time, get the small, its enough for two.

My husband's sandwich was perfect of course. He ate every last bite. The store had freestyle coke machines which I really appreciate. I love being able to get Mello Yello Zero in cherry and limeade, its the best! Thanks Five Guys for a great lunch!“
