Based on the reviews, Hometown Swirls is a phenomenal place with great food and amazing customer service. The workers are nice, friendly, and helpful. The building is clean and colored brightly, and it is kept spotless clean. Pricing is great. Customers can order through walk-up or drive-thru. The shakes and drinks are easily a 10/10, and they have some of the best softserve ice cream with tons of flavor and many options. Specific menu items mentioned include the Peanut Butter Explosion Deluxe Sundae, the Peanut Butter Bronco Deluxe Swirl, a Peanut Butter Milkshake, a signature strawberry cheesecake, a banana split shake, a butterscotch shake, the pizza burger and mozzarella cheese sticks, blue soft served ice cream with strawberries on top, and the bronco burger. However, the mushroom hoagies are absolutely the best. The pretzels have way too much salt and are sometimes kinda hard.
