“My niece and I finally checked out Joey’s Kendal Tavern after hearing so many great things, and it did not disappoint. We both had the Deluxe Louisiana Burger. It was perfectly cooked, piled high with cheese, onions, and peppers. The portion was generous, the fries were delicious, and it was more than worth the $13. On top of the great food, our waitress Heather was wonderful, and the owner was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.“

“Had an USPS retirement party there today. Great service no complaints that I heard. Sorry I didn't get gentleman's names but great job. $50 refundable deposit for reserving 40 to 60 people party. All set up and ready to go , great viewing of Browns game (yeah they won). private area we were noisy and seperate checks rang no long wait times. My mushroom burger was excellent.“

“They had a good selection of liquor and beer, the bartender was very professional and friendly. The night I was there the place wasn't very busy just a couple of people in and out. There is no food served here but you are allowed to order in from somewhere else and go pick it up or have it delivered to you.“

“Stopped here on the way home from a roadtrip! Was warm and welcoming! Our waitress, Crystal, was lovely and so nice!
Ordered garlic parm wings and hot honey pizza! The wings were delicious! Best we’ve had in a longtime! Hot honey pizza was delicious as well!
We will definitely be back to try their hand battered onion rings and mushrooms! They also make their own dressings! Everything was top notch! So glad we stopped!!“

“Just wanted to share my thoughts. I was there with my sports team over weekend. The Hotel was amazing and everyone was very warm and welcoming. I stay two nights and on my second night we had our Championship Game. Sadly we lost the game. and went to bar to get some food & beverages after. Order my food, 10 minutes later we had a impromptu team meeting. I told them I will be back. Long story short, I return an hour or so later. The staff told me sadly they had throw my sandwich away. But the chef can remake it free of charge. I appreciate their understand and compassion in the moment. I didn't hear any complaint about it was great service from everyone. It was late in the evening. I had a great experience and would love to come back next year, & first win the Championship and then celebrate with my sisters and teammates there. “How was this place not packed? Driving up from Southern Ohio, we saw the quaint exterior and stopped. So glad we did! Delicious food-I had the fish bites, my husband had a steak and egg sub… both were top notch. The Buckeyes were playing-TVs everywhere! Each booth even has a personal tv! Our favorite beers were $1 during the game-WHAT?!? Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely go out of our way to come back!“
