I have ordered from here many times and never had issues until recently. Today we ordered the kabob meal, which cost $16 and normally comes with rice, veggies, chicken, a pita, lettuce and two things of sauce. I was given chicken, rice, and a pita... called to complain about my order and they did nothing.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! They care nothing about the customer! I ordered the Philly Steak and the menu in the drive thru stated it came with peppers and onions, I get home and it was covered in mushrooms. I absolutely will not eat anything with mushrooms! I call the restaurant and one of the owners, in a thick Greek accent argued with me that I should have just known that EVERY Philly steak EVERYWHERE comes with mushrooms! Great food! They have something for everyone, even if you don't like Greek food. The only time I was disappointed was when I hoped to pick up some of their delicious chicken nuggets for my kids and they were out of stock. Then I realized they had run out because they had been providing free lunches to children after the schools shut down due to the pandemic. This is a great small business that deserves your support.

Based on the reviews, Gyro City Grill is a fantastic local spot with authentic and delicious food. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly, especially the owner who is very nice and hospitable. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, with a tiny patio outside for dining. The regular gyros are amazing and have lots of meat. The Greek fries are crispy and hot, and the loaded Greek fries with gyro meat have a ton of meat. The pistachio baklava is to die for and there are many desserts to choose from. Everything is fresh and consistent. This hidden gem is highly recommended for great Greek food.
