I'm pretty surprised because I've had iffy food from the Lee's in Springfield in the past. the food from this Lee's is always as quality as you can get from fast food chicken“

“I love El Toro it’s delicious place. I’m almost satisfied prices are perfect customer service stop line most of the time. There’s some waiters that can be rude, but there’s some waiters that are very generous and humble and go beyond.“

“Pizza has been very good and ready when they say it will be. The only questionable thing is that the TV-advertised “any pizza, any size for $9.99” — you have to ask for that when you call. Otherwise their recorded message gives pizza specials starting at $12.99 and up.“

“I’m not gonna leave a 1star because I try to be fair. This location is usually always a 5star. Atmosphere, food, management was all 5 stars today. However service from the to go specialist was a 1star. I always order online to get points and exclusives and my wife always follows with a phone call to request it be made fresh out of the last 5 times doing so 4/5 it was made fresh. Which is why we do so. But instead of asking if I wanted silverware with my order the to go specialist educated me on how the food comes out is the best they can do so we don’t need to call everytime. Definitely was rude. And she lacks hospitality.
UPDATE-came back today and ate inside. The same togo specialist that we had a problem with ran out appetizers out for us. Took our dirty plates away. And offered us a refill. She totally redeemed herself. The server got upset at her for getting us a refill. But I think that's outstanding service from a togo specialist and shows a lot of hospitality. So maybe I caught her on a bad day before. But I take back what I said on the original review and would recommend this location.“

“This dominos has some of the best drivers and customer service. They had a few large delivery order come in this morning right ahead of mine and they called me almost right away and explained the situation and that the delivery may take longer than expected, which was no problem but I appreciate the call. Fast forward to a little over an hour after I placed my order and the delivery driver (Ben?) called to let me know he was on his way and that they had given me a discount because of the wait I had, which again didn’t bother me at all. I really didn’t not need a discount on my bill but I greatly appreciated it and appreciated being kept in the loop about my wait time on my order. Thank you Dominos I’m Enon for your great customer service!“

“Tried Matria pastries at the Second Street Market and they were delicious! The non traditional pain au chocolat had a scrumptious brownie in the middle for extra chocolate. And the German chocolate cherry had a layer of cherries inside. Scrumptious!“

“So I just ordered the Detroit style pizza, not wild about it. I think at then end of the day I just prefer stuffed crust. The real reason I am giving this review is because of my delivery driver! 5 stars, followed my directions to a T! Very impressed. Pizza Hut give that guy a raise! Delivery was 9/23 at 9pm!“

“So I ordered an Italian papadia and they had made it wrong so when I called to let them know…. they were so kind to me and said they would replace that. So I went in the next day to pick it up and it was the best Papadia I’ve ever got from them. They went above and beyond to fix it for me. Awesome staff. The one delivery guy recognized me and told me that he put the stickers my daughter gave him last time he delivered our pizza to our house in his truck, which made my six-year-olds day when I told her that he kept the stickers she gave him“

“A very nice location. The staff are always friendly and nice. The food is always cooked good and never old. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because on occasion they do forget and give me the wrong side. But that's not a big deal.“

“I ordered pizza for delivery tonight with the bad winds and rain from hurricane helene. My delivery was driver was so nice! If i could rate this 1,000 stars solely because of him I would. I requested the pizza to be left on the step, and he went out of his way to leave it there while making sure the box didn’t get ruined. Pizza is fresh and amazing, and bless delivery drivers! Especially the one I had tonight!“
