Whoppers were yummy and fries were hot! Great service! The only drawback is the kiosk for ordering. Not a fan of kiosks because the cashier lost their job.
Excellent food, service inside pretty slow. They have gone to kiosk ordering for inside lobby. Supposedly to free up counter person to help prepare food.
But, it's clear they are short staffed. Did not see management on the line either visit. Management needs to set the tone by working the line during busy times of day.
Having been a restaurant manager myself, I speak from experience.
