“These pretzels are amazing. We were regulars at the mall location & now get our fix from the grocery store. The owner was the sweetest woman who made the Lil guy I brought with me feel like he was the most important customer to her. The pretzel nuggets are superior to any other pretzel I have ever had. If you get the chance to try them, do it.“

“I went in around 1 pm. The drive-through was very busy compared to no one waiting at the register. I did not receive any suggestions of additional items or the upselling of the size of food items. The inside seating was empty, and the place was clean. I ordered a classic roast beef, cheese, and arby-q sauce added. It was very good. The portion size was larger than expected for a classic. Note: There are occasional coupons available through the mail or order through the Arby's app for additional savings on your purchase.“

“I love this place but the last couple times have been a bit of a disappointment. first time we didn't get one of our sides, maybe 5 over cooked, dry dippers and hard biscuits. thought well everyone has an off day. Gave them another try today and chicken and wedges were very bland and the coating was falling off plus wedges were tiny and biscuits were hard again. update 7/24. Tried Lee's again today and my goodness was it AWESOME! Thank you Lee's for listening to your customers and making everything great again. I'm so happy to be able to get my favorite chicken again!“

“The lady was absolutely rude as I was picking up a door dash. I was trying to make sure everything was there for the customer and she got snarky with me and acted like it wasn't her problem. But everyone else there was pleasant. Oh and this was after ignoring me for 3 minutes while I was standing there waiting to ask for the order“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Staff has been friendly ever time I've been through the drive-thru. Order has been correct everytime with placing a mobile order. Only complaint I have is with the mobile app, it offers all the dipping sauces except for cheese sauce. I always have to put an order in for the cheese sauce when picking a mobile order.“
