“Ordered 8 piece meal ask to have legs replaced by thighs. Girl that took order said no problem and repeated order back to us got home and got legs we didn't want. If they are going to charge $25.00 for 8 piece meal they should listen to customer.“
“Friendly staff and very improved store i noticed from my visit today. The new owners and gm have done a great job to strengthen the whole atmosphere of the business and decrease wait time while better meeting customers needs, keep up the good work ?“
“We ordered at the Drive-thru, and they were a little busy. The employee kindly told us he'd be with us in a moment. We placed our order for Frosties. The van in front of us had a very large order, causing us to wait longer than usual. When we got to the pick-up window, there was an employee whose shift just started. He noticed our Frosties were melting from the longer wait in front of us and gave us new ones. It's great to see young adults being so friendly and caring!“
“DQ needs to do some hiring! Not enough people to serve both walk-ins and drive thru? This means your remaining employees are gonna be stressed and overworked also. But yesterday afternoon, (April 19th,) despite all this, we got our food correctly, promptly, and cheerfully. Those people should get a raise and some help.“
“We were visiting my parents in another city a few hours away for memorial day and wanted to surprise them with LJS. We stopped at one in Massillon but they were not open for another hour and the woman answering the phone was not friendly. Next We stopped in New Philly but that location was closed for the holiday. Luckily the Uhrichsville location was open. We had a large order and the woman on the phone was helpful and friendly. They had our order ready when we arrived.“
“Went here with some friends after doing a Muddy run so we were starving! Didn't realize you had to use the kiosk to order food so we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no interaction from the workers before another customer let us know we had to order at the kiosk. Other than that, food came up quickly, was warm and tasty.“
“Great guy (manager), a mistake had happened and the staff was friendly to help fixs it also the manager was asking what's around town because we recently move and he was helping for directions of what's around town. ? it killed time and the food was ready.“
“Chicken tenders were cooked well, could use a bit more in the seasoning department. I would pass on the side all together. Between the Mac or mash I wouldn’t get either. Also the smell of inside the dining room was pretty bad.Parking: Parking is all over the place“
