The house made ranch was incredibly fresh, creamy and packed with flavor. It was the perfect dressing for the salad. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the chocolate colossal cake. It’s rich, indulgent and unforgettable. What really stood out to me was the consistency in both food and service. It’s not easy to find a place that nails both, but this steakhouse definitely does. “I came in and ordered a thing that I had never tried and it wasnt what I thought it was. Our waitress Izzy offered to get me an entire different meal, after seeing me switch with my husband. She was so sweet about it, and so understanding. I dont ever send things back because I know they work hard to make the food back there, but it was so nice of her to offer me something else. I got the chicken parm and it was soooooo good. Izzy lights up the restaurant with her personality, and that was before she helped us! She is definitely leader material! She is kind, caring, attentive, and I would for sure return back and request her every time!!!“

“Excellent food, service inside pretty slow. They have gone to kiosk ordering for inside lobby. Supposedly to free up counter person to help prepare food.

But, it's clear they are short staffed. Did not see management on the line either visit. Management needs to set the tone by working the line during busy times of day.
Having been a restaurant manager myself, I speak from experience.

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Staff has been friendly ever time I've been through the drive-thru. Order has been correct everytime with placing a mobile order. Only complaint I have is with the mobile app, it offers all the dipping sauces except for cheese sauce. I always have to put an order in for the cheese sauce when picking a mobile order.“

“So it's snowing and gross outside on my birthday and I just wanted an ice cream cake. So I went through the drive through, which moved pretty fast (there were 3 cars ahead and 1 behind me). The customer service was fantastic and they even gave me a discount!!!! I figured I needed to leave a good review in return for making my snowy day a little brighter.“
