They are not open on time. Still let me place a mobile order. Drove 30 mins to find out they aren’t open. No one would answer their phone no one would come to the door to help get a refund. Sat on hold with customer service for 30 mins now and no answer. Terrible customer service. Got multiple employees in the building but no one would even look my way
never hot and ready, manager doesn't seem to understand, or care that customer service will make or break a restaurant
This place is a joke! The "manager " is a condensing jerk who literally laughed after he cussed at me and told me the fact that they forgot 1/2 my order is not his problem!
