I frequent this establishment often (probably 3 times per month), but it’s obvious that proper management is painfully lacking. I went there tonight at 5:30pm on a Monday, intending to use a gift card for a “hot-and-ready” pizza (the only way to use their gift card is in person, not possible through their app). Everything I have gotten from this location is always good. They don't always hot and ready pizzas up, but they will crank them out pretty quick If you have wait! Deep dish and ICB are our favorite.

I’ve eaten here a couple times and I’m not someone who goes off first impressions but every time I’ve eaten here the food is always undercooked even when I’ve told them to cook it longer. They never answer their phones and if you call them they end up just turning the phone off. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest place to us because if I had the option I’d go elsewhere.
