“Hauling our camper to a local campground, we stopped at the stop sign, and the smell from Buck's was amazing. Once I got out camp set up, we drove straight back to pick up dinner. I really was not expecting much as it was a small little spot on the corner next to a gas station, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is inside. The decor was very nice and welcoming. The owner took our order and sat and chatted for a bit. We ordered sampler platters, got our food, and headed back to camp. The smell of the food in the truck again was amazing. The brisket was tender and juicy with great flavor and a good bark, pulled pork was perfection, the ribs fell off the bone and full of flavor, and the chicken was delicious. We had leftovers somehow, and we hadn't eaten all day, so portions are quite generous. Seriously, a hidden gem here just off the highway. I didn't get pictures of the food, I wish I had so you could see how well it was done. Absolutely stop and give it a try.“
