Please teach your employees that there IS a NO SAUSAGE button. The Charge me 80 cents to take sausage off lol EVERYTIME! Over the coarse of the past year there is no telling how much extra money I’ve spent because people don’t know how to do their job.

While some customers report friendly staff, others have noted that going inside to place an order may not be quicker. The drive-thru and delivery orders often take priority, leading to long waits for those ordering inside. Additionally, there have been complaints about missing items from orders, causing frustration for customers who have to check their bags before leaving. Despite these issues, McDonald's can still deliver a delicious and satisfying meal when orders are fulfilled correctly.
