Drive thru staff very rude , food was cold !
Newcomerstown McDonalds I was in your resturaunt tonight to get my kids a snack and a drink. We waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks, 2 fries, 1 apple pie amd 1 blueberry muffin. There were 2 other customers that came in after we did. 1 of those customers waited roughly 10 minutes for 1 item and the other was at the counter for roughly 5 minutes before he was even acknowledged. What started off to be a fun weekend? Ended very bad. I came up here to visit my cousin and on my way home. I wanted to stop to get something to eat so I stopped at McDonald’s never had any problems before I ordered. A big Macs. I make flurry and fries the fries were cold. The flurry was melted, and the big Max was lukewarm at best. I ate the food and went to go use the ladies room on my arrival.
