Waited in line for 20 min and the when I finally got to the order window I was greeted and asked to wait a moment. After waiting for another 7 min. She took my order and told me to pull forward.....there were still 2 cars at the window waiting on food as well. HORRIBLE WAIT
You might as well just close this one too. Employees are extremely glum and lack enthusiasm. You will sit in line for 20 minutes before you’re even able to order. The parking lot is littered with trash and it’s a massive eye sore in the middle of Niles.
