McDonald's in Niles

“Just always hectic parking lot. Just almost got into a fight and I did absolutely nothing wrong. The manager wouldn't help me saying not responsible for anything in the parking lot but it was in the building. Do not go here. The worst place on Earth ? Hell is a better place and better customer service than this McDonald's. Seriously Satan is nicer than the management and the rest of the employees stood there like a heard of deer in a semi trucks headlights.

Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly establishment“

“I'm really picky when It comes to onions. I despise them on a burger and it grosses me out when a stray one is in a sandwich. In this case I ordered double cheese burgers only ketchup and got ketchup and onion, but the onion was on the inside between the 2 patties, not just a stray either a bunch of them, which tells me they took previous made ones and reused them just flipping over the patty with the onion on it. Well it didn't work because I noticed and was grossed out. I threw all of them away because they were all like that. I was already home and didn't bother taking them back for a refund. I've been here a lot before like too often lol but I've only had this happen a couple times. Usually it's fast friendly service. I just wanted to make this McDonald's aware that there employees do this sometimes and it's not good for business. How much time do you really save doing this.? Just make them fresh. Scrap the other ones. Not a big deal.“
