“Findlay Tim Hortons deserves praise!!!! I stopped by Tim Horton’s yesterday to pick up a bagel and coffee. I paid with a $20 and change and should have received &15 back, but I got distracted and drove off without my change. The drive thru staff immediately took that money to the manager and stated they didn’t think it was intended as a tip and set it aside. When I stopped in today they had it in an envelope in the office waiting for me! This team deserves praised for their honesty and AMAZING service!
