“The Carrot Cake at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Florence was absolutely delicious! It was incredibly moist, full of warm spices, and packed with real carrot flavor. The cream cheese frosting was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet. Every bite was soft, fresh, and flavorful. If you’re a carrot cake lover, this is definitely one of the best you’ll find. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back for another!“

“Love! My partner and I walked in and were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. (Seriously the most friendly and warm greeting I've had anywhere in a long time.) Between the two of us, we had a blueberry muffin, cinnamon bun, éclair, cream puff, spinach parmesan pastry and a pastry similar to a margherita. I also had a loose leaf chai which is available unsweetened.

I enjoyed all my pastries. The staff made sure I had a safe place to plug in my laptop and really went beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

I have to say the star of the show were the eclair and the creme puff. I've always loved these desserts in general because cream is divine to me. I usually kind of felt like choux is just meh. BUT the choux here is out of this world. I have never had anything like it, the texture is not chewy and bland as I'm used to. Here, it is as it should be, airy with a crisp outside.

“I ordered her cupcakes when she had one of her cupcake sales. I normally miss this post but this time i didn’t and was very excited because i have heard great things about her cakes and desserts. I was extremely satisfied with every cupcake they all taste amazing! If i had to pick a favorite it would be the banana pudding one. Besides her delicious cupcakes, she was very professional and responded in a timely manner. Great customer goes along way and she has that for sure! She had gained a returning client! “I have been wanting to stop by here for years. I finally got the chance yesterday and it did not disappoint! We tried the Maui muffins delicious. I ordered the salted buttermilk biscuit with egg salad for my husband for lunch. He loved it! Came with a side of bacon to add to it. Amy and Melissa were so wonderful to meet. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you stop by this For breakfast or lunch!“
