“This place is fantastic. The food was great, service was phenomenal considering our server had a pretty full section; and the bill was pretty cheap to boot. I had the chicken and waffles with home fries while my boyfriend had the seasonal French Onion burger and both meals were great.“

“Friday fish fry, my favorite! I ordered the sampler with several seafood types. Highly recommend! Took my daughter there for the first time, she really enjoyed her burger and fries. Despite unexpected issue with the plumbing, the staff that was there diligently worked on a solution. I had to wait awhile on the food but it was excellent and professional. The overall experience was good as always. They eventually closed temporarily, but reopened once everything was back to normal. This may reflect as an updated review and after speaking with ownership, they are top notch and I never believed otherwise.“

“I tried the the signature sandwich (grinder) at the very top of the menu, it was fantastic! The dressing they used on the sandwich is delicious. The service was friendly and inviting. The prices are very reasonable! U can get a half sandwich or a full size. The half size I got was just approximately $5+. I had a coconut creme pie that was good and the piece was big in size. They allowed me pick out the specific slice I wanted from the glass dessert case. I asked for some extra toppings on my sandwich because I thought it needed a little more tomato and onion. No complaints still. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I don't know what the bathrooms look like.“

“My wife and I happened to be in Louisville today, and while looking for a place to eat, we kind of stumbled onto the place. The burgers & fries were extremely good!!! We really wanted to try some pie but we were both sooo full. I’m about 2 hours away from there, but I’ll definitely be back just to try the pie.“

“The Grinders in Louisville is amazing. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I believe Angie is the manager, and she is always such a pleasure. It’s a wonderful experience to walk into a place where they know you by name and truly make you feel valued. They consistently do a fantastic job. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the food is always excellent.“

“Food was good. There was no wait time to be seated but it did seem like it took a while to get a server. Though the server was nice she seemed to be having an off day. Food was brought out but we had to ask for silverware as they forgot to bring us some.“

“Bob Evans is always great and my chicken noodle deep dish was amazing but what we were pretty disappointed in was my boyfriend didn’t get many fries with his meal. It’s crazy what we pay for and that’s all we got.“

“It is Thanksgiving day. I ordered ahead of time, approximately 1-2 weeks. I asked for 2 Turkey dinners for pickup at 4pm ( Thanksgiving day). I got there at 3:50pm. Hardly any parking spots. I walked in and people everywhere….chaotic. I proceeded to towards the Hostess area. I explained , I am picking up 2 preordered dinners. I then was asked to proceed to the counter and wait. I was waited on , paid, and told another gal was going to bag them up?! This was a first for me. I have done this the last 2 years . The girl at the counter said , well some people are scheduled for a 4 PM pickup and arrive at 6 pm. ( my thought? They will be picking up food that has set for 2 hours. That is on them! ) It appears to cause more backups in all areas and much confusion. Another man was directed to the counter to order a take out meal. He was in front of me. And the girl said , you have a pickup? He explained. She said, I’m sorry ! It will be an hour wait. It appears if you want to be open on Thanksgiving…. You need a plan and enough organization and staffing to complete the plan. I felt bad for all!“
