Ordered a cake 7/2 for a party on 7/13, order got cancelled via email on 7/10 at 3:45 pm. Was told previously that the store needed a 3 day notice to order a custom cake. Attempted to immediately contact John Terry via cell and office as he is the general manager and sent out the cancellation confirmation, he did not answer.
