This is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. 2 cars in front of me and waited 20 minutes. The 8 piece chicken was deplorable - overcooked and the smallest pieces I've ever seen in my 70 years. Several feathers in the wings. We were literally shocked when we got home and opened the box. Went there many times in years past and all was ok. Never again! By the way, the piece on the left is actually a leg!
