But something has to be done with the drive-thru immediately!! 4 cars in line, including me, who ordered only a bowl of soup. Total time waited for that one bowl only was over 50min. That's just unacceptable folks. I completely understand that a lot of your items are made to order, and that's great. But there has to be some solutions to fixing this. They could have easily walked that soup out to me, and I'm on my way. On the same note, people are ordering very large lunch orders for the office and shops nearby as well as the college. These orders should never be in line as they take a very long time to make. And it's very easy to see these are huge orders by the number bags handed over. I'm in at least 3-4 days a week, and I've been late to meetings from just getting a soup and cookie. And if that's not bad enough when I was in Friday, the lady in front of clearly had ordered for many people and was paying for each order separately! I spent 20+ years in the full service restaurant until it burned me out horribly!! Any current or former restaurant worker understands this. I've been a Kitchen Mgr and a General Mgr most of my career, and I just want to help because this is beyond out of control. And not to sound petty, but it sure would be nice to hear once. “First time here and definitely coming back! I ordered the XL Pulled chicken sandwich. My side order was fried. After using a French fry to sample the BBQ sauces, I settled for Smokey Mountain. If you like Bulls Eye Original or Kitchen, Smokey Mountain is right in the category. The food was more than what I expected and very fulfilling for a 2024 pricing of $15.11. the facility, counters, and drink bar was clean and well tended too by staff. The floors felt washed. All table tops were clean and free of debris. I headed into the bathroom for a look see. One single female bathroom with generous space for handicap accessibility and extremely clean and tended too. Staff cam through to check on us to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Over all, a fantastic experience and a new place added to my "must go to" list.

Vegetarian options: You're going to a barbecue joint, there is absolutely no vegetarian substitute. It's insane to come to a place like this and expect it to be vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Has pop, tea, and lemonade. Offers pork, beef, chicken. BBQ sauces is added by yourself. There are vegetable sides and salads in replacement of potatoes.

Parking: It's in a shopping strip with limited parking. I had to park 3 stores down and walk over. They really need to improve this.

Kid-friendliness: Has highchairs and boosters has a kid menue

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for regular an electric wheelchairs“

My family and I have been buying pizzas for various family events for the past two years at Romeo’s. I really like their chicken topped pizza with some barbecue sauce added on top (extra). And they are not shy when it comes to adding pepperoni topping. One good thing I notice with them, is that their pizzas don’t drip in oil…which can happen with other pizza joints. So, without destroying the taste of their pizzas they have reduced oil, more of it being less messy than more healthy. And the pizza crust still tastes good.“

“20250705 Picked up a bowl of Pasta Fagioli, my favorite, for dinner on my way to the hotel. I ordered online which was easy, and I like that I got to specify a later time to pick up since I was 1.5 hours away. After arriving, I checked in via the link texted to me. I arrived a few minutes early, and the soup arrived at my car around the time I specified. The young lady who brought our the soup was very nice. I would eat here again, if I'm in the area. My finicky pup eat some of the soup. I was surprised that she liked it. I wish I got more soup considering it was 1 of the all you can eat items, and it cost $9. I haven't eaten at an Olive Garden in decades, and not sure if they still have all you can eat soup and salad.“

“We came in hoping for breakfast but the menu changed as we were standing in line. I had soup and sandwich and it was great I love the tomato soup My son had two half sandwiches, he could have probably eaten three or four half sandwiches, but he was okay. The kiosk menus were different than the menus behind the counter which when I got in line still had the breakfast menu so we didn't order from the kiosk and while we were waiting in line the menu then changed to match the kiosk and breakfast was closed.“
