“This is a great little place, and they are usually quick with orders. My favorite item is the wonton soup! Some of the chicken dishes I've gotten taste good but have way too much sauce.

There is no indoor seating, and beware if you're going in the winter, it can be really chilly in there if you are waiting inside. The parking lot is small but I've always found space.“

Also, the little boy (I'm assuming he's related to the owner/one of the employees) who was playing inside put a smile on my face when he came up and started playing with me. “I had never been there before and they were advertising their hot orange chicken. I went through the drive-thru and asked is the hot orange chicken, spicy hot or are you referring to it not being cold? They said it's spicy hot. I asked if they had a not spicy orange chicken and they said yes so I ordered that. It turns out that their hot spicy chicken and they're not hot spicy chicken are both hot. There is some sort of red flaked pepper in the not hot chicken. I'm very sensitive to heat so I was told I had to come inside for them to replace my order. Their honey sesame chicken, which was not hot. So when you order either of their orange chicken, you get just the orange chicken. If you order the sesame chicken it comes mixed with yellow pepper and green beans so your portion of chicken is much less.

Almost all of their entrees are spicy. There aren't many non-spicy entrees to choose from. These dishes are all pre-made and are held hot in these meal bowls. You can't custom order.“

“Nice soup, had hot & sour soup. Instead of crispy noodles, there were crispy chips. Would have preferred more portions wise but overall delicious. Still some good choices for lunch and it was pretty quick. Really enjoyed the decor and seating of dining room. Parking and getting in and out of the corner maybe a bit challenging during peak times.“

“Tried this place for the first time last night and loved it. Higher priced than other places, but the portion sizes are enough for two meals. Everything was freshly prepared. I had the shrimp with pea pods and my husband had the satay beef. The spring rolls were crisp and delicious. Will definitely be back.“

“I have lived in this area for quite some time and was not aware of this Chinese Restaurant; however, I am glad that I now know of them. I bought two Shrimp Egg Rolls, thinking they would be like the place I used to go to on Libby and Warrensville. To my surprise, I could only eat one and the shrimp were so large and delicious. The sweet and sour chicken is good. This has now become my favorite Chinese restaurant.“

Vegetarian options: Anything on the menu can be vegetarian except dumplings, crab ragoon and stuff like that but you can get veggie fried rice, veggie lo mein, veggie egg foo young veggie egg rolls and they even have general TSO’s tofu which is really good!“

“We used to go to Dragon Garden as it was close and really good. Since they closed, we were looking for legit standard Chinese takeout and think we've found it. The Pork Fried Rice and Shrimp Fried Rice were fantastic. They were not stingy at all with the pork or shrimp. The Pork was not fatty either. The Lo Mein noodles were a little overdone, but they loaded it with chicken, so good there too. The Wonton Soup was also great, huge dumplings and had great flavor. The Orange Chicken was also great, and you could actually taste the orange. Egg Rolls were pretty good, same as the Crab Rangoon. Service was great; they were really fast and really kind.

Overall, if you liked Dragon Garden in Northfield Center and are looking for replacement Chinese takeout, please consider this place. We will definitely be going back and they have earned 5/5.“

“The folks here are FANTASTIC! My wife (Taiwanese) and I had the Singapore Mei Fun, Tofu, and Garlic Eggplant which were EXCELLENT! We were also offered the Chinese-only menu which had a very good selection of traditional dishes. The Mei Fun was spicy without adding chili oil and was especially tasty! Best Asian food outside the Far East by far!😃😃😃😃“
