“I was here yesterday April 02; I normally go to this location and I live 2.4 miles from one. However, this location is always pleasant and fast. They always have a smile and don't get smart and treat you nasty. However, yesterday my granddaughter asked for more chorizo on a burrito she doesn't get rice and it was way less than what she normally receives. This young lady was ignorant, rude and very argumentative with a 12-year-old. The rest of the normal staff stepped in and took over, and they were their regular kind selves. The young lady was new and just that young. She needs more training. horrible“

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a creative menu of food and cocktails. Our server, Brianna P, took amazing care of us with recommendations that were on-point! I was not at all expecting to have a steak this good. I can normally pick apart a steak but literally nothing on the plate was anything short of perfect. The potatoes were next level.

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“
