When picking up the food at the second window there was another friendly face and smile. Very happy experience that made my kids smile.“

I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

“5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One great thing about this place besides the great food, staff, and service compared to ANY OTHER RESTAURANT in town is these people understand what their posted hours truly mean. . If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens“

“Jen took excellent care of us. The food is exceptionally stick to your ribs. 4 Egg omelette, pumpkin pancakes that are as big as your head! Fluffy and tender! Clearly MaMa’s knows how to feed you. Prices are extremely reasonable and when you have to waddle out, you know you’ve had a great experience!“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

“First time at a Culver's.
Large menu with butterburgers, fried seafood items, sandwiches and a variety of sides including cheese curds, pretzel bites, steamed veggies etc.
Frozen custard has its own menu too - as is, in a mixer, float etc. Had a small 2- toppings - too much for me and very sweet.

Pricing got confusing for me but was explained patiently by an employee - burger and fries have a combined price, prime sides have additional charge, drink has a price. Very friendly staff.
After ordering, got a number for our table and food was brought to us.
We liked the food. Wisconsin burger was not salty, not heavy/greasy. Fish sandwich too. Self-serve fountain drinks - they have their brand rootbeer but tasted similar to other brands.

They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. “Rating is actually 4.8. My husband and I had lunch there today, he ordered fish and chips and I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The fish and chips were good but the meat in my Reuben was tough and gristly. My husband asked for the manager and he, himself, re-made the sandwich and it was perfect. It was the most tender corned beef ever. I think they have the best Reuben in the Toledo area.“

So many questions ran through my pretty little agent brain. Then, all of a sudden, i lock eyes with Dani the bartender. She looks at me over her oddly shaped and colorful glasses and conveys the thought that was the epitome of fear deep in my guts. The girl is KGB and has been sent to end this haphazard agent's existence. Before i could say "The Best Burger in Toledo", Dani swept all the glasses in front of us to the side with one leg, while unsheathing the pair of nunchucks she had hidden. With the speed of Michelangelo eating pizza, she dethroned the Spy off her barstool and drug her out by her Soviet hair, all while asking the patrons on the way to the door if they needed more drinks. She gets her do the door and does a roundhouse Patrick Swayze would envy, sending her into Right Field of the Toledo Mudhens Ball Park. She turns back to the bar, weapon in hand and says: "We like to 'chuck' around here at Ye Olde Cock N' Bull" Don't forget to try the French Fries!“

“I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! I normally don't do this unless I'm upset about something but I had to say that crew is the BOMB!! they need a raise! 👌😉“

“The menu has tons of selection and everything I’ve tried is really good. The ice cream is always super cold, which sounds weird but sometimes we’ve gotten ice cream from other places that is already starting to melt when it gets handed to us. The people at the window are always super nice and our dogs love coming for pup cups.“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!
