“I have to say. Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants. When I need something to eat when im on the road. Being an Uber driver, you sometimes get something to eat on the go. And the Northwood location by far is the best in curdicy, service, and food preparation in Lucas County, Ohio. The Statehouse bacon burger was Bomb. This goes out to the Wednesday night crew.“

“Ribs and fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Server disappeared after my food was served for a long time. I had to wait outside the kitchen to get someone's attention to pay my bill when I was ready to go.“

“Stood at counter to order 15 minutes without anyone willing to take my order. I left. I'm a regular customer here who prefers to pay cash. Kiosk does not take cash. I'm here 3-5 times a week. this happens almost every time I'm here. Management will not serve you if you pay cash. This is discrimination. I thought the customer was always right. If local management will not address my concerns I will take my issues to corporate management!“

“I ordered gluten free fries and kids cheeseburger with gluten free bun for my child with Celiac disease. The other items I ordered were not gluten free as they didn't need to be. I ordered all gluten free fries and extra fries with all meals. There were only 2 of the 5 boxes of fries with the purple pick in it. We noticed the burger bun also has sesame seeds and it usually doesn't. It was NOT a gluten free bun. There was a purple pick in the box. My child was very sad that the burger could not be eaten. Allergens should he taken seriously. I called the restaurant regarding it. Very poor customer service over the phone with no regret to messing up an order like that and potentially causing harm to my child. The cheeseburger was refunded. I will not be returning to your restaurant. Do not even bother offering gluten free items because your staff is not able to provide a gluten free meal. On another occasion I had a waitress argue with me that all the fries are gluten free even if there's no purple pick in the basket. Unless they are cooked in the dedicated gluten free fryer then they are cross contaminated! It's horrible that in today's prevalence of food allergies and people who have dietary restrictions, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, that this is the best you can do.“

“First time here. Waitress seemed a bit quirky, but it seemed like this was the norm from my mother who comes more regularly. For each order you can get a sample of their baked beans. Again, kinda odd in my experiences, but each place has their own things. The beans were good, btw. I ordered a burger that had bacon. Not sure exactly the name. It was good. The fries were also very good, better than expected. Portion sizes were respectable for the price. They make their own iced tea, and it was running a bit low on the several gallon jug they poured from. But it was good. I would go back again. My kids would like the place.“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

“Every time we come here the FOOD never disappoints. The fish was delicious, fries are so good, spicy chicken strips hit hard and the the Guinness gravy -it is to die for! Great staff, drinks and food! Highly recommend this place to others. It’s one of our favorites now.“

“Danny and Ruben are phenomenal! Awesome customer service, my food is always right and tastes great, friendly and always makes sure I have everything needed like plastic ware, napkins and condiments. They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. You 2 always make my day better with your smiles, kindness and attention to detail! Thank you!!!!“

“I never liked catfish until today . This was my first time eating there and everything was delicious. I ordered the catfish meal , when I walked in I was immediately greeted and when I opened my container the food was hot n fresh and the seasoning was on point like a number 2 pencil . I made up my mind and from now on if I want fish I’m only ordering from there . I work right up the street at WTOL Channel 11, so I’ll be there a lot ….DELICIOUS“

“Rating is actually 4.8. My husband and I had lunch there today, he ordered fish and chips and I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The fish and chips were good but the meat in my Reuben was tough and gristly. My husband asked for the manager and he, himself, re-made the sandwich and it was perfect. It was the most tender corned beef ever. I think they have the best Reuben in the Toledo area.“

“Me and my husband, Daughter & our 2 Granddaughters was here on August 1st 2022 The manager people call her Kim!! she was a work powerhouse it was only the Manager Kim & 2 other workers they all worked very hard as a team !!! ! The food was hot & real fresh & the restaurant was clean. The Manager that goes by the name Kim is very professional and very sweet and did a outstanding job I honestly can say 100% That the Manager Kim deserves a raise or a promotion for all of her hard work..... we need more hard working individuals like Kim The Manager !!!“

“I had stopped eating at Burger King because the food was often cold and my order was constantly wrong. I stopped in Tuesday around 1:30 and let me say that crew did an amazing job 👏! My order was correct and my food was actually hot. Great job 👏!!!“

My friends will never eat here, my wife despises this sort of food... I have no idea why. So I lead a life of 2 hour dinners with $200 checks (or more) all for what?

PAY - EAT - LEAVE in about 10 min. flat. What's not to like.. then you can get on your day with a fine meal and you can get back to work.

Parking: Plenty of space and "DFZ" parking for your Rolls or Ferarri.“

“I was be very disappointed as I loved their Italian Chicken Sandwiches and was happy to see them return. Ordered one and it was horrible. They changed everything about it and I will never order again unless they bring back the old sandwich. Fries are generally never good. If I end up at BK I would stick with a Whopper Jr. People were great and service was timely.“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!
