My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well. Alliyah P deserves recognition, not criticism. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like her on the team“

“I'm on a mission to shout out about this restaurant. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but... (1) the food is worth it, and (2) I am spoiled by the prices in Detroit's Mexicantown, where there is a lot more competition for Mexican food. Mi novio, quien es de Jalisco, México, le gusta mucho la comida de El Tajín. So if Oscar says it's good food, I KNOW it's good, authentic Mexican food. The elote is TO. DIE. FOR In my humble opinion. If you want really great Mexican food in the Toledo area, I cannot recommend this place enough. Try street taco Thursdays ($2 street tacos) if you're skeptical, because at $2 a taco you can't lose. I think once you've experienced El Tajín's food you will become a believer.“

“Stopped here before a NYE party to pick up corn tortillas. I have celiac disease so needed to be sure what I was getting was gluten free. The woman behind the counter was really helpful. The corn tortillas and corn chips were excellent. I didn't have any reaction so oth were definitely gluten free. I also picked up some pico de gallo and salsa verde. Those were delicious as well! Highly recommend.“

“My first time here... Muy Bueno 🤌 The owner Flo (Florencio) came out to greet me. I told him about my friends back home. He brought me out a pork tamale to try. He sells them a dozen for $15. You have to come get them as soon as they post... cuz they go Quick! (And I see Why! 😍) Melanie was my waitress. She's very attentive, helpful & sweet. 🤗 Chips & Salsa 🥰🤌 I ordered the lunch special for $10 and of course the mango juice. You get 2 enchiladas, with beans & rice. He brought me an extra enchilada to try with the chunky beef (his Moms recipe). All of it was So delicious! If you Love authentic Mexican food like I do, you need to come here!!“

“I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. My wife and I have been to every Mexican cuisine restaurant around the MI/OH border in the Toledo vicinity. We have never had a bad meal. Always great, and as an added plus their margaritas are Best in Toledo. The staff is fantastic, and the food comes out hot and quick. We stopped in once again last night. It doesn't get better than this!“

“Yummy carne asada torta. Meat had good flavor. Always appreciate when restaurants grill the torta bread. Also, I’m picky about my toppings, they got my order correct and was quick service. Cute little place. I at first showed up at one of the chain San Marcos and thought about just going in but I’m glad I made the effort to go here.“

Six of us visited for lunch and we ordered from lunch menu. Everything taste so fresh and come with some side. Super reasonable price $8 is a steal for that much of food. Clean environment, tidy restaurant, colorful seating and nice bar indeed. If I’m in this area then definitely returning .

“Food is good staff was friendly. In the winter there soups are great. Chicken wings are fried crispy they were good. Green salsa is great spicy. Nachos are mad as individual nachos love that the supers are very good. I had a chunky beef enchilada it was very good.“

We told the employee serving us, Hannah, about our poor experience and showed her the food that was given to us at the oak harbor location (not good at all). She was so sweet and apologized for our bad experience and made sure our order looked good. She even threw in free taco coupons for us. Seriously, will always be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.“
