This ice cream shop's popularity is self evident, with a drive thru that seems to always have cars in line, and that aged retro look which clearly says it has been around for a long while. Clearly it is doing things right. They offer simple foods, good soft serve ice cream, and many hard serve flavors, none of which have failed to surprise me with how good they are. It's become a weekend tradition for my family to visit. I recommend Welch's with extreme fervor!
Good icecream....My only complaint, they wouldn't break a $100 dollar bill...I felt as if it was a black thing... Crazy thing is they gave my wife change and she's white...

We stopped today for ice cream decided to get the apple crisp ,which turned out to be an apple dumpling with ice cream. We received our order got home. Look delicious until we went to get a spoon full of apple dumpling hard as a rock ,Here it was frozen solid ! We . thought what is this a joke . Ate the ice cream and had to bake the apple dumpling so we could eat it . Never again ? ?
