She ordered the "Classic Rueben" while I had one of their many specialty varieties of Rueben s, the "Joshua Dorian" that comes with house-uniquely tangy jalapeno sauerkraut and "family recipe" Emma Jane mustard. The corned beef on both sandwiches was tender and tasty and the portions were very generous, with every Rueben on the menu offering a choice of a variety of breads in addition to rye. And don't forget an ample side order of the signature potato wedges! Although we live an hour away from Norwalk, we will definitely be back to sample more of the Red Shamrock's diverse menu.
