“Chicken nuggies were good, but this establishment is always slow. Every time. I played an order on the app and wanted to go in instead of waiting. Every mobile Doordarshan, ubereats order was canceled. Typical scenario** I blame YUM! Brands Inc. for thinking operating 2 chains in one spot is ever a good idea. ??“

“Excellent food. We were in town for work and this place was recommended to us by several people and it did not disappoint. The place is real chill. Not loud. For 6pm it wasn't insanely busy. The chicken is fantastic. We also had thr burnt ends and wow that was tasty. I only wish I could have gotten our severs number!“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant! I love the large menu and their ranch dressing is the best (made in house and I almost always get a side of it for fries). Lots of beers on tap and a large bar for cocktails. We have had graduation parties, birthday celebrations and many enjoyable conversations here. What I look forward to every year is their support each October for Breast Cancer Awareness and Fundraising. As a survivor, I am grateful for this effort. They do it for other fundraising needs as well. Silver Spring House is a little bit vacation and a lot of bit family!“

“I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. I had a incredible welcoming experience today, I didn’t give it 5 stars just because I had ordered a sandwich and it was good just different from what i’m use to trying but still think it’s something simple yet fun. The cashier was super kind, helpful, and talkative! He most definitely made the experience a good one.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“The city bird OTR location is good. Location is nice when you're hanging out in OTR. The building is really small and can get quite crowded during a rush, but otherwise the food is great, the staff has always been kind even when its hard to hear in there. The lemon thyme sandwich and the seasonal teas are always fire!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

I was greeted and assisted by the cashier Brittany she gave me a detailed description of the menu to help me out, she also recommended a few of her favorites! “I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “Big fan of Chick-fil-A but as I traveled around 5,000 miles this summer I’m various trips and visited a few chick Fila’s across the country I realized the Oakley Chick-fil-A has very small chicken patties for breakfast and other meals. I was shook in Erie when an actually thick plump patty was on my sandwich. I’m not sure what may make one Chick-fil-A have tiny pieces of chicken on sandwiches as opposed to one that doesn’t but just something I noticed in my travels.“

“Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“We went there on 7th Jan 2026. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are so nice. The wrap and waffle fries were great but the Korean chicken with rice was okie. If the Korean menu has more veggies on it, it would be great. The restroom was clean. There are lots of seats.“

“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“Store was very clean. When u walk in your greeted right away by a warm inviting staff. I had my food almost as fast as I ordered it, and it was kind of busy. So to say the less I was very impressed. Thank you to the staff on 5/31/2025 around 1:00pm yall were wonderful!!!“
