“Chicken nuggies were good, but this establishment is always slow. Every time. I played an order on the app and wanted to go in instead of waiting. Every mobile Doordarshan, ubereats order was canceled. Typical scenario** I blame YUM! Brands Inc. for thinking operating 2 chains in one spot is ever a good idea. ??“

“The staff was welcoming and the table service was to the point. We received our food under ten minutes after ordering, and it was aMaZing! Best food at family friendly prices. We noted a multi-age family - from infant to Grandma - sharing side dishes and enjoying a family feast in this comfortable setting. We'll be back!“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant! I love the large menu and their ranch dressing is the best (made in house and I almost always get a side of it for fries). Lots of beers on tap and a large bar for cocktails. We have had graduation parties, birthday celebrations and many enjoyable conversations here. What I look forward to every year is their support each October for Breast Cancer Awareness and Fundraising. As a survivor, I am grateful for this effort. They do it for other fundraising needs as well. Silver Spring House is a little bit vacation and a lot of bit family!“

“I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! Food was perfect and when I went back to check for leftovers it was gone. I personally am a big fan of the CFA experience and choose them every opportunity I am able. “Great spot. My friends and I stopped in here after a rally and the service was fast and great. I ordered the Buffalo bleu chicken tender sandwich. Was absolutely fantastic. The chicken tenders were really moist not overcooked and there was very little excess bread on it. Highly recommend this place!!!!“

“Excellent service. The employees were very kind. The cook handed me a gizzard when I asked if they are salty. When I asked for a sweet tea, the other employee asked me how much ice I want in the cup. I bought the 3 strip combo meal with an extra strip, The bonsai sauce, and coleslaw. Bonsai sauce is like no sauce I've ever had. It was good, borderline too swt, but I used it all. The coleslaw was awesome. The sweet tea was pretty good. Thankyou!“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Mason Montgomery Popeyes is one of the best Popeyes. I’m there everyday and they work there butts off they deserve more than what’s being put on the table. I was in line one afternoon and I overheard a DoorDasher tell the employees that should walk out because he’s there everyday witnessing all the chaos. They deal with rude customers everyday. Rich snobby men and women who has no respect whatsoever. It’s insane what this world is coming to. Literally witnessed a man cuss a young man out because he was one of the only employees in the store and they were closing early.... all I’m saying is ease up. Appreciate the nice employees that are willing to come in every single day and server the same customers. “I ordered a double burger and fries and it was amazing! Like that good, greasy, scrumptious kind of amazing! I haven’t been back for months. I was working nearby and decided to grab a burger again- double with fries and took it back to work. The fries were not good. Kinda stale. Tasted like they were reheated and the burger bun was hard as a rock. Felt more like a hockey puck than a bun. My first experience was good, my second, not so good. It’s hit or miss for me.“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“I decided to head to Kentucky for a little drive. Picked up dinner and headed home. We got an 8 piece meal with macaroni salad. I ordered the original recipe, but when we got home, it was crispy. I don't care for the coating of the crispy, but the chicken itself was good. I haven't had the macaroni salad in a long time, but it seemed like it was missing something. Maybe they changed the recipe. The pasta itself was good.

“The time of services matters at most of the area restaurants, keep in mind Cincinnati Greater area closes early, I arrived around 7pm nice time for dinner, meal was delicious and service was kind and mannerable smile as good customer service does. Saw a lady cleaning thoroughly outside and that gave a good impression on how my good was going to be. Tasted great! I trust this locations cooking.

“We had lunch delivered to the office...the Classic Chicken Sandwich was the best I've ever had! Plump juicy crispy chicken breast with thick cut bacon topped with easy over egg on grilled bun. Nothing but too big describes this sandwich.“

“(Tw: this is a bias review) This place is magical? The manager that sings through the kitchen is energetic every time I visit. The lobby is taken care of (most of the time) but the drive thru is slow at times. The food is a little dry or soggy (it varies every week) but the mash potato makes up for it. The sides are probably the best items on the menu beside the specials every month. For maybe some upgrades, they should clean the restrooms better, decrease the price of sides (a large side costs more than a sandwich by itself), and SALT THE FRIES !!!! Im telling yall rn, dont go to the restaurant once it hits 10. Ong it mostly smells horrible, but the food is even worse at that time. (These arent recent events, these happened throughout the year)“
