“Lovely restaurant! We were treated graciously! The food was outstanding. We are from Texas and my husband said the steak may have been the best he has ever eaten. My nephew chose the walleye and I chose the trout - both dishes were fantastic! We chose to take key lime pie with us for later, and it was scrumptious! We were thankful that we made reservations. We were surprised that the restaurant was absolutely full on a Tuesday evening indicating that it is most popular with the local population. The staff was very kind and attentive! We highly recommend if you are in the Dayton area.“

“Very nice little restaurant. The food was the best part. Atmosphere and Service weren’t as great as the food, but were fine in general. It was very loud, both because of the music playing and because of the other patrons even though it wasn’t very busy. Acoustics were not great.

The fried Brie was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It was so incredibly delicious. I got a “bend and snap” cocktail and it was really strong and good! The bread was nice. I enjoyed my chicken ceaser salad and my husband LOVED his steak. I’d go back here, but maybe for more of a special occasion as it was a bit pricey for a regular evening dinner out.“

“45+ min wait for 3 plates. 4th plate was ordered after the first 3 were placed and came out first which indicates the 4th order was submitted by itself rather than combined with the first 3. Kitchen was not at capacity or extremely busy. Assistant Manager falsely claimed to be the Manager and was unwilling to offer any compensation for the wait. A.M stated 45min is standard wait and insinuated I was trying to get a discount on bar tab because I waited until the bill came out. A.M falsely claimed I was the only table that had complained about the wait. Waitress clearly indicated a table near me also complained and received a free appetizer as I was requesting to speak to the manager. The unwillingness to make minor compensations or take accountability is the reason another dollar will never be spent again at T.P. Waitress was tipped fairly at 20%.“

“The 7oz Filet Mignon/1 side special brought us in to celebrate the end of summer break. Waitress didn't seem happy when she heard what we were going to order. Her personality improved when I ordered a beer. The bread was fantastic and did not last long. She picked up the bread plate and said that didn't last long. She did not offer more. Usually, wait staff offers additional bread. During her next visit, I asked for more bread. She did bring it. Food was excellent, but the server was not very friendly. Hate to sound petty, but we have had excellent food and service there for years.“

“Upscale comfort food. Order at register and food will be brought to the table. We tried the wonton nachos, which were delicious. Also had the bang bang tacos and bourbon catfish dishes. Everything was over expectation and blew us away. Highly recommend checking this spot out.“

“Go here often and they do not disappoint. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like off the menu. Wings are some of the best in Dayton, salads are impressive, and the burgers are always top notch. Sticky burger and popper burger are both must-try. Good tap list and drink selection, and the bartenders know what they’re doing. Had Andrew last time as a server and he did a great job.“

Bock excels at creating a space where we gather as family, friends, soccer teams, etc with their large open room, but also there's a game room my kids love, foosball, and shuffle board. And that's not even getting to the food and drinks. My favorite snacks include the German nachos, reuben dip, and pretzels. The drinks are always on point- fresh and delicious. we always love the lemon blueberry with with a slice of lemon and the Negligent IPA. They are staffed by some of the greatest people. A family favorite for sure.“
