They get the orders right. It's well-run.
I frequent visit this location as it is down the street from my job, so I never have a reason to check my order..I ordered a honey citrus tea & when I got to work I noticed that they gave me someones hot chocolate, I immediately called & asked for a supervisor & she assured me that my name will be at the register so that I can have my correct drink

I’m new to working in the area and wanted a coffee before work. The customer service was really good and everyone working there seemed like they were having fun. The new coffee flavor I got, too, was perfectly made and honestly made my morning.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a very clean and pleasant location with a cute and clean atmosphere. The staff is an exceptional group of people who are friendly, courteous, helpful, and nice. They work well together and seem happy, effective, and excited to be in the workplace. While sometimes extremely busy and not staffed correctly for the traffic, the baristas do their best and get every order right. The food is always hot and fresh and drinks are made perfect every time. The service is great and provides excellent experiences with positive vibes. Many customers visit frequently and highly recommend this specific Starbucks for its great team.
