“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“My family and I went to Blacklick Canopy Walk and came here afterwards. My sister wanted me to try the cinnamon walnut rugelach and it was so good. Would gladly come back for that one in particular. The apricot may have been better without the raisin but it was better than the raspberry one. Would come back for the cinnamon walnut rugelach! Can see why it’s a staple in town!“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“I lived all my life in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. At age 30 I moved to Columbus (2015.) On the weekends I enjoy having a cup of coffee (best specialty coffee I can find if possible) and try bakeries from all around Columbus. I've been to Resch's, Pistacia Vera, Belle's Bread, Dan the Baker, Yawning Bear Bread, TOUS les JOURS, Fox in the Snow; to name a few. I've enjoyed them all. The place I keep coming back the most is Bakery 3 Espigas, in part because it's not too far away from where I live but mainly because I regard their pastries as some of the tasties I can find in town. They have a large variety (I've tried ~13+ styles; have my personal favorites) and I've never had a bad experience. Also, most pastries are about $1.40 /piece (as of 08/09/2025.)
If you haven't tried this place, don't hesitate to pay it a visit.“

“My Mother in law and I happened upon this place while driving around Columbus before we went to COSI. I am so glad we stopped because the staff were all very kind and helpful, their food was awesome and the ambiance/vibe was so great. It was a great place to chill and have great conversation. I had the avocado toast with lox and a poached egg, not only did it look amazing, but it tased so good! My M-I-L got a Monte Cristo sandwich and loved it. Also we got some of their delicious rosemary and olive oil bread, banana bread and a peach basil muffin to go. We each had a specialty coffee drink as well. Highly recommend!“
