“I had someone recommend Burgers and Beer to me. They said their burgers were the best in Toledo area. I was not disappointed. I got the Farmhouse burger. It tasted great! Very juicy and flavorful. I didn't need to order two burgers; the one filled me up completely. The fries were hot and fresh. Very satisfied when I left.“

“First timers and have to say, definitely a hidden gem! Started with French onion soup and huge, hand battered mushrooms. Long Island Iced Tea was awesome. Crazy Memphis style chicken sandwich with honey barbecue sauce and fries was my son’s choice. Hubby had a basic burger and fries. I chose the patty melt and tater tots. Nice that for those who ordered pop, that a pitcher is brought to the table for refills. Staff is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“Moes has been a regular hangout for my family for years. The food and atmosphere are amazing and the prices are budget friendly! During hockey season every time we go to a game we head to Moes first - anytime I mention Moes to my kids (they’re adults now) we all agree let’s go!“

“One of my favorite spots to drink in town ! It's an intimate bar where you can actually have a conversation (which is hard to find in Toledo). It's also got a beautiful outdoor arrangement, that coupled with the friendly staff and owner will have you coming back every week.“

“A good friend of mine and I swung by after the Maumee Film Festival to end the evening. Its a good place to go to near uptown (especially if you don’t want to deal with the traffic/parking of uptown).
Ambiance reminded me of a bar near home, but this place was more delightful and spacious. They have a NICE pool table (free pool and Sundays and Mondays too!) The bartender who served us was good.
I ordered the Bourbon Pulled Pork (Under Doc Specialty). I was surprised to be honest, I didn’t expect the portion to be THIS big?! I had to use both hands- I used the fries to eat what dropped out. The sauce was better than the food truck we stopped at earlier in the day during intermission.
If you haven’t eaten much during the day and want something to pair well with a beer, this would be it!
