Love this restaurant, but could use some updates on the outside ?

There was a mix up at the window for our order. And our order was slightly wrong. The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the confusion, but we were unable to go back through to correct the order. I wish Long John Silvers would advertise better, more signs with photos on the outside in front. Meal deals, specials, suggested selling as this is one of my favorite restaurants but this location always seems empty, run down and kinda lonely.
At Long John Silver's, ensure to request tarter sauce and napkins with your fish orders. Despite occasional mix-ups, the friendly staff is apologetic. The restaurant would benefit from improved advertising and a fresher appearance. During a short-staffed visit, one employee managed efficiently, receiving praise for fresh food and excellent service.
