Cafe Blanc is a beautiful, cozy spot in Parma Heights with a great aesthetic and atmosphere. It has an upstairs area, an expanded dining area under construction, and will eventually have a total of 3 floors. The establishment offers outdoor domes in the winter and plenty of seating in the summer. The food and coffee are outstanding. The lemon blueberry ricotta crepe and pistachio affogato are recommended for a sweet breakfast. The almond croissant is fresh with perfect flavor, and the crepes are exquisite with so much filling and fruit. The drinks are top notch. The staff is generally friendly and genuine, and the decoration and energy are inviting. The restaurant also has boardgames. However, orders are picked up from the front counter as each item is ready, which can be confusing. It is a little pricey, but the food is freshly made. Note that the staff does not appreciate customers staying near closing time, as they will clean the table while guests are still seated and use strong bleach.
