Love this place and their staff. The food is always fresh and delicious! Today it was raining and the employees had this plastic bubble on while taking orders. They take care of their employees. Love it!!
This location is a disgrace to the company. Not only slow service but extremely rude employees. Called management several times to discuss an issue regarding a recent experience & they never called back. Went to the store & received poor customer service from a teenage store lead who told me it didn’t matter if I left because I’m one person & my business doesn’t matter. If I was the manager/owner I would be embarrassed to have this as my store.
Drive thru staff was amazing my problem is that the sign on the door clearly says dining room closes at 10pm on Saturdays I got there 9:30 pm doors locked and the kid vacuuming was kind enough to open the door and say sorry dining was nice and apologized said dining room was closed and the drive thru exit people speeding through the back lots at Parma town is just bad positioning
