Starbucks in Parma

“My favorite local SBux. The staff is consistently friendly. I’m not there often enough to be known as a regular but I feel like I’m treated like one every time I’m there. There is minimal wait time, even when they are swamped. It’s the kind of spot I’d like to spend MORE time in.“

“Honestly, everything here is great! The team members are courteous, friendly and fast. Sometimes too fast. My wife's turkey cheese English muffin was still frozen. Everything else was perfect, but might have rushed taking that item out of the oven.“

“I have just finished what might have been the best croissant and pumpkin chai latte in the whole wide world. Towards the end of my shopping at Target, I realized I had not eaten at all today, and it's nearly 6pm. Whoops. 🙃 So I stopped by Starbucks to tide me over until dinner. Man, after that croissant, I might not even be hungry for dinner! I was very out-of-it when placing my order (hunger brain) but the lovely cashier (I think her name was Hailey?) was so patient with me. She and the other young woman working there were so kind and helpful, and I think they are actual Sirens just like the Starbucks mascot. Except instead of luring me into the sea with their songs, they will keep luring me back to this Starbucks to get more and more of their fantastic food and drinks.“
