I scheduled a birthday party and needless to say there was one issue after another. Manager quit so they couldn't find my deposit or have additional documentation showing my adult lanes that I ordered. They didn't have a copy of my signed contract or my deposit.. so I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.. lanes were supposed to open promptly at 3.. didn't begin until 330. Refills on small cups are not included normally but the young lady gave up some for the kids...pizza...read full review

This location is inside a bowling alley. All of the meat flavors are filled with tiny to large onions and a miniscule amount of meat. No one in our family was willing to eat them. It's nothing like the amazing bao that we've had at pho restaurants, even though this place is more expensive than the pho place. Two stars instead of one because the food was ready for pickup on time and was reasonably warm.
