“Staff and I brought our large group of participants with special needs to this location this afternoon. We had the kindest staff and great food. Even after we were there for a while, we were again greeted by the General Manager, training manager and other employees with a great big “hey guys!” They asked me for my card to send us deals and offers for future trips with our group as well as free treat coupons for everyone. They were so accommodating and sweet! Probably one of the greatest experiences in my almost 10 years going on outings with our group. We will most definitely be back! Kudos to all!“

“We got 2 plain Filet-O-Fish and a free large fry which was not in our order when we pulled away from the drive-thru. Only the drive-thru is open I had to go back up to the window and knock on the window they did not want to open the window I had my receipt I pushed it up to the window and said we just got the Filet-O-Fish and did not get the fries.... The size of the filet barely covered the bun so sad...“

I wish hot sauce could be applied pre-rap on the breakfast burrito. With something like the ketchup and mustard guns (IYKYK).

Ya'll know you squeeze a dab of sauce on the end of the burrito before your next bite as you steer with your knee. It's a matter of public safety! And think of the packet waste we'd avoid!

I'm looking at you, Taco Bell. Yes, extra Diablo sauce on my cheesy bean and rice burrito please.

Sometimes the breakfast burrito tortilla is dry. That makes me sad.“

“Stopped in and ate inside. I went in and a young worker was wiping the front counter. I had a special order, and he repeated it back to make sure it was right. It was ready within 5 minutes. They have a self-serve soda machine that has so many options. There is plenty of seating inside. The bathroom was clean.“

“Restaurant review: SLAB in Reynoldsburg. I had the Rib sandwich with a slice of Havarti cheese. I did ask for the slaw on the side to make sure I liked it. Jenny had the grilled cheese. We both got the fries. I also got a side of the slab sauce. I give it an overall 4.6 out of 5. The rib sandwich had a lot of meat on it and a lot if sauce. Sauce was good. Grilled cheese bread was really nicly grilled. The fries were amazing!!!! Nice bar, clean restroom. I took off points because they did say the sauce was Sweet Baby Rays(which I do like) and not homemade( the server was not 100% sure about that).“

“A wonderful experience last night for my 40th birthday. There is something for everyone with ton of flavor and the staff is top notice!! I recommend the Mac and cheese appetizer and of course their 3 sliders with KILLER🔥 fries. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Omgoodness! I totally recommend this location! Server and manager were amazing! We got our food quick and it was so delicious! Not one complaint amongst us 4 people. Hard to find great service and high quality food at a restaurant these days! We are usually disappointed, but this experience gave me hope that there's still good quality workers out there that take pride in what they do! They also sang, Happy Birthday to our daughter who just turned 7.“

“This location is the best. We make large orders on a fairly regular basis and not once has the order been incorrect. When we go to pick up the food, the guy at the grill is moving quickly and accurately. Great to see. I don't know his name, but he was working tonight (11/21 at 8pm) and he's a rock star. Keep up the great work, Steak n Shake!“
