“Staff and I brought our large group of participants with special needs to this location this afternoon. We had the kindest staff and great food. Even after we were there for a while, we were again greeted by the General Manager, training manager and other employees with a great big “hey guys!” They asked me for my card to send us deals and offers for future trips with our group as well as free treat coupons for everyone. They were so accommodating and sweet! Probably one of the greatest experiences in my almost 10 years going on outings with our group. We will most definitely be back! Kudos to all!“

“So Heath Jersey Mike's isn't the greatest I've always thought Mount Vernon's was the best. Well Mount Vernon it looks like you've been beat.. this pataskala Jersey Mike's knocked it out of the park.flavor explosion 💥 Probably better for you then McDonald's but it's still may not be too good for you. But it tastes so damn good I don't care. It's way more expensive than McDonald's but I still don't care. Everybody at this establishment needs a pat on the back everything was absolutely excellent ♥️

“We got 2 plain Filet-O-Fish and a free large fry which was not in our order when we pulled away from the drive-thru. Only the drive-thru is open I had to go back up to the window and knock on the window they did not want to open the window I had my receipt I pushed it up to the window and said we just got the Filet-O-Fish and did not get the fries.... The size of the filet barely covered the bun so sad...“

“This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!“
