“Staff and I brought our large group of participants with special needs to this location this afternoon. We had the kindest staff and great food. Even after we were there for a while, we were again greeted by the General Manager, training manager and other employees with a great big “hey guys!” They asked me for my card to send us deals and offers for future trips with our group as well as free treat coupons for everyone. They were so accommodating and sweet! Probably one of the greatest experiences in my almost 10 years going on outings with our group. We will most definitely be back! Kudos to all!“

“Food is a 3 star because well it’s Taco Bell. Service tonight was outstanding. They actually got our outset completely right and there is 5 of us with 3 of us being particular about what is not to be included on their menu item. Your team was professional prompt and got it right. Thank you.“

“Not bad. Just a typical McDonald's. I have no complaints. Their service was above average at just under 10 minutes from pulling in the drive-through to the completed transaction. This was during the evening rush and I ordered a quarter-pounder.“

“Stopped in and ate inside. I went in and a young worker was wiping the front counter. I had a special order, and he repeated it back to make sure it was right. It was ready within 5 minutes. They have a self-serve soda machine that has so many options. There is plenty of seating inside. The bathroom was clean.“

“My wife loves Jersey Mike's. Every single time I order from this location I get the absolute best food, exactly as I ordered it, quickly, and with a smile. The people who work here are honestly some of the nicest in the business. Their food can be a bit pricey, but with top quality service and great quality food to back it up. It's a great experience every time!“

I wish hot sauce could be applied pre-rap on the breakfast burrito. With something like the ketchup and mustard guns (IYKYK).

Ya'll know you squeeze a dab of sauce on the end of the burrito before your next bite as you steer with your knee. It's a matter of public safety! And think of the packet waste we'd avoid!

“This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!“

“Best coffee ever. But don’t be mistaken, the stuff you’re buying in the store is nothing like it. I hope they don’t pull Tim Hortons, but I’m afraid that Trump has really pissed them off.

Each store seems to be run independently, and not all coupons or discounts will be honored.“
