Every time I stop by the employees are super sweet and the food is absolutely delicious. I recommend this KFC over so many of the ones in Columbus highkey
Decent KFC with a Long John Silvers sideloaded to it. Staff seemed nice. The dining room temperature was very cold. Even the employees were wearing jackets.
They finally bring back popcorn chicken but never have it available and then talk to you like your ridiculous for trying to order it. Luckily the young lady at the pick up window saved the day with her kind service. Moral of the story is have a back up order if you visit as this is not the first time they haven't been able to deliver!
