“I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! “I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !“

“We ventured here tonight for the first time. Wanted a quick bite before going to the Pickerington North band competition to watch our son. Food was excellent! Our server was Steph and she was friendly, diligent, and did everything very well. I loved the ambiance of the place!! I’ve always heard of people going to this place, super happy I got to try it out!“

“Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier.

Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy.

The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together.

The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points ($100) you get a $10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming.

“By far the best pizza that I have had in my 7 years in Ohio. I'm not sure how I haven't heard about them but thank you baby Jesus for their existence! Everything about this pizza was terrific and we will order from them exclusively. We ordered the supreme and boy was it supreme! The only issue was that I ate entirely too much and I can't move from the couch!“

“I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“
