Please go to literally any other Wendy's. Last time I went, they have the front counters closed off, forcing you to go to the kiosk, when there is no reason behind it. They just don't want to talk to the customers. I saw someone who didn't want to use the kiosk get mad enough at an employee and they were able to take the order at the counter again. Horrific wait time, asked us our order 4 times despite ordering at kiosk. Everyone was waiting for 20+ minutes. Drive down the road to another one.
I had my most awkward Wendy’s experience today, I was in the receiving end of the Gen Z stare. Total silence when I pulled up, I don’t want to sound like an old Karen, I’m in my 20s, but perhaps it was too soon for that girl to be customer facing.
