Wendy's is a mixed bag of experiences, with a standout dark-skinned American lady at the drive-thru who is described as obnoxious and rude. However, the Spanish-speaking ladies are brilliant and respectful. Orders can sometimes be incorrect, like missing onions on a burger, but the lemonade is always praised. On a positive note, the restaurant has amazing customer service according to a satisfied Door Dasher and customer. The parking is convenient with plenty of spots, and it is deemed super kid-friendly. Despite some hiccups, Wendy's seems to have a dedicated and friendly staff, with the exception of one particular employee, making it a decent dining option for those willing to overlook occasional mistakes.
