Do not place a mobile order here! I placed a mobile order & used points for a baconator. After waiting for a bit I went up to ask about our order. Unfortunately, the manager was up “helping” at the register. And she refused to serve us our food even though I showed her a receipt on my Wendy’s app & a pending charge on my account. The General Manager Jodi was sitting at one of the tables with four older patrons. She was speaking very loudly and began to use profanity multiple times. I was sitting with my 5 and 2 year old daughters. My oldest knew that she was using “bad words”. I had to keep getting their attention away from her.
