“Today I ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up my 4 large drinks and a dozen donuts at the Shelby Dunkins. When I arrived at the pick up window my order wasn't there. I ordered on the app for the Dunkins in Bellville! I tried to call Bellville Dunkins 3 times but there was no answer. I went back to the Shelby window and explained what I had done...and asked them how I could correct the issue. They said my order was already processed in Bellville but don't worry we will take care of your order here. They did not ask me to pay again and said no worries. This is GREAT customer service and I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We always have a great experience at the Shelby Dunkins with delicious drinks and food! I still felt bad so I bought them a pizza and took it to them....They were appreciative and said I didn't have to do that but what they did for me was a big deal in my eyes...and a pizza was so minor but I wanted to do something for them. Thank You Shelby Dunkins for Great Customer Service.“

“Come to this dunkin a few times. I like how clean it is and My coffee is made the way I like it. I got the kreme delight and it was good. I try to avoid to much sugar but it looked tempting. I noticed they now have sugar free vanilla so will try that next visit. The employees were friendly.“

Morning breakfast there is always this wonderful lady who says a quick few kind words and interacts with my children! They love that as they are talkers.
Lunch. You might be lucky to get a quick chat and a smile.
By evening time it seems like everyone has had a hard day and has no spoons left to interact. Smile. Or show kindness.
Every day you get the chance to interact with someone make sure to keep it positive it could change there day!
Food is normal as always and worth getting a quick bite!“
