Could go into very specific detail of our experiences over the last week, but I’ll just try to sum it up and say that after my mom and I going consistently for the past 1.5yrs, the customer service has just recently gotten so BAD! With all of the new hires I suppose. Or maybe it’s poor management (Yolanda), or both.
