Terrible customer service from the hostess. I would recommend some customer service training. No attempt to help with seating our large party. Made us decide to dine elsewhere and not give them our business.
I would love to say that we enjoyed our food and service. however, after waiting for an hour when they said a 40 minute wait, we got the call saying our table was ready. got to the hostess stand for them to say, we closed the kitchen and are not seating any more tonight. we were there 2 hours prior to closing. our group along with 4-5 other groups had waited for a similar amount of time. people were still trying to come in. completely unacceptable and terrible customer service....read full review

Situated on a private beach in Ohio, this spot is perfect for a relaxing cocktail with a great view. Boats can anchor nearby, and there's live music for weekend fun. The atmosphere is relaxed, with outdoor seating that provides a pleasant view of the lake, though sometimes the cold wind can make food get cold quickly. The ribs are "fall off the bone" good, and the Chipotle BBQ sauce has a sweet and spicy kick. Don't miss the Bavarian Pretzel with plentiful Queso. The outdoor area has a friendly vibe, and the staff are very personable and welcoming. Visitors can enjoy a chicken salad or a fried chicken sandwich while taking in the beautiful lake scenery. The mushrooms and jalapeno ranch are highly recommended, and the nachos and salsa are huge, making for a satisfying meal. The Walleye Sandwich is highly praised, and the ribs just fall off the bone. The coleslaw is considered one of the best around, and drinks are awesome. The place can be busy, but the food remains quick and delicious, and the bartender works hard to keep everyone’s drinks full. Parking can be tight and fill up fast on busy nights. Overall, the atmosphere is lively but not loud, making it a very nice place to enjoy good seafood and drinks in a relaxed setting.
