Mendoza's Restaurants is a gem for TexMex enthusiasts. The Enchiladas are a must-try, along with the flavorful beans and rice. The authentic Mexican food, including the Enchilada combo, is a hit. The friendly owner, who also doubles as the chef, serves up delicious meals, like the wet burrito with brown gravy. Limited hours are a downside, but the homemade dishes make it worth a visit for a taste of true TexMex cuisine.
