“When this first opened, we loved it--in fact we became regular weekly customers. Lately, the food quality has not been consistent, items have been forgotten (for app purchases), and the menu has changed multiple times with the bowl size options.
Today, the Korean beef was not chopped at all-just two chunks that I had to use a knife to cut. What's the point of a bowl if the pieces are not bite-sized? There were two big chunks that looked like someone just didn't feel like chopping it up. The girl serving didn't even try measuring it in the provided measuring cup. Please go back to your wonderful food quality and try to get some consistency going with your food portions.
To address the loudness of the restaurant--there was a large group of men talking loudly which made it hard to hear and understsnd the soft spoken server.“

“We had a delightful lunch today at Gallo's, from the moment entering, we were greeted by a Fine Gentleman that discussed our seating options ( Yeah, I'm a bit picky) to the time we departed with full bellies that was topped off with the Belgium Chocolate Mussee cake that was Outstanding!! Ice cold beverages and our service (Bartender) was Awesome catering to our every whim. This is definitely a MUST stop when looking for a Great place to dine!!“

“We hosted our wedding reception at Mozarts in their ballroom and could not be happier. They’re so helpful, accommodating, and the space is absolutely beautiful. Such a beautiful hidden gem in columbus. The all inclusive reception options and over the top service cannot be beat!“

On several occasions, usually on Sundays when they close at 7, I’ve gotten my food close to 7 but NEVER after 7. I’ve placed orders for pick-up at 6:45 and if I wasn’t there at 6:45 on the dot I’ve been called being harassed to get my food because they close at 7. Today I went in at 6:50 and they had already put everything away, taken out the trash, and sanitized everything and gave me lip about wanting to place my order (1 pizza and 1 salad). They proceeded to loudly complain to each other while making my order. Closing at 7 means you stop taking customers at 7 - not that staff gets to walk out the door and lock it behind them at 7.“

“My Husband and I decided we wanted to go a different route when it came to dessert for our wedding. Instead of cake we decided we wanted to do donuts. The Dipped Donut did an amazing job! The owner and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with. We got to go in and create a dozen donuts to take home a few months prior to the wedding to sample and help us decide what flavors we wanted. This was nice because it allowed us to see how the donuts held up throughout the day. They tasted just as good that night as they did in the morning, they even tasted great still the next day! We ordered 400+ donuts for our wedding day and they were all made fresh that morning and delivered to our venue. The donuts looked beautiful and tasted even better. We received so many complements from our guest. I would highly recommend The dipped Donut for large events or day to day cravings!“

The pizza throwers behind the window were so engaging and my son had a blast watching them make a pizza man face, write in flour, and “accidentally“ throw things at the window. We highly recommend going there. We will return for sure!“

Don’t go there if you’re broke lol.
I’ve tried the Attieke with tilapia, banku with pepper and fish and also their fried plantains with lamb shank. They were all delicious….

Staff at all First Watch are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working with there.

Parking: It's located in a newer strip mall and sits on the west side of US 23 probably halfway between Delaware and the road that takes you to Polaris.

“The food was pretty good and they were able to handle special requests on menu items which was appreciated. However, it is definitely pricey for the average family. It’s also pretty dark and can be crowded. We also waited around an hour to receive our food which seemed like a long time. I think our waitress completely disappeared for a good 20 minutes before we were ready to order so waited a while for drinks and bread too“
